Revise syllabus; RTC tutorial; Design Deliverables – must dovetail with lectures…., Cite Methodologies, Reading List, team presentations on key articles, team formation, team tracking forms, required readings… serious stuff!! Look at lecture notes (power point) from last semester. May have revised / improved slides…
Prepare Reading List – Evolving…. (see last semester and Larman; See traditional deliverables such as identification of project … milestones…. All in RTC

Redesign Deliverables… some team assignments, such as lead the discussion on Agile, UP, Lean… three teams??
Work on Ernest’s Work Items, Lovelesh ALM/CLM

Introduction to Software Engineering
First four lectures in 6016 okay.
Start teams, peer reviews, surveys, etc. cite deliverables….
Form Teams, Get team proposals, distribution of duties (roles and backup of each role) roles: team lead; primary scribe for Work Item deliverables reported to RTC; client (specifiers of requirements) business analysts (business, functional) ; designers, programmers, testers, database specialists, development environment specialists, etc. Proposed methodology, rough plan, background on project; any special sources or special backgrounds of team members….who is team lead?
Revise Introduction to Process
Then need to talk about Agile, Lean, UP a lecture or two or three on each of these.
Streamline (cut off) the two sets of slides on RUP1 and RUP2
Use the SDLC book as a reference…
Good article on page re Agile. See also notes in book at home….
Good article on how to fail with the RUP…
Readings on Scrum, XP, perhaps others….? May be too much time here….
Use Balancing Agility and Discipline book. Good treatment on Agile, UP, Spiral, and other methodologies! Also include SCRUM, XP …. Very important….
