In the circumstances reported by the Director of Agriculture, A.P., Guntur in the letter 1st read above and in pursuance of the Budget Release Order issued in the G.O. 2nd read above, Government hereby accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.1,04,14,000/- (Rupees One Crore, Four Lakhs, Fourteen Thousand only) to the Director of Agriculture, A.P., Guntur as additional funds in relaxation of Treasury Control Orders and Quarterly regulations pending provision of funds by adjusting overall savings at appropriate time during the financial year 2016-17 towards meeting the expenditure for implementation of the scheme NFSM-Rice, under the following Head of Account:
