In the circumstances reported by the Director of Agriculture, A.P., Guntur in the letter 1st read above and in pursuance of the Budget Release Order issued in the G.O. 2nd read above, Government hereby accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.28,66,66,000/- (Rupees Twenty Eight Crores, Sixty Six Lakhs, Sixty Six Thousand only) to the Special Commissioner of Agriculture, A.P., Guntur from the B.E. Provision 2017-18 and as additional funds in relaxation of Treasury Control Order and Quarterly Regulation, pending provision of funds by obtaining supplementary grants at an appropriate time during current financial year 2017-18 towards meeting the expenditure under the Centrally Sponsored Scheme of Pradhan Mantri Krishi Sinchayi Yojana (PMKSY) Component of National Mission for Sustainable Agriculture (NMSA), as CSS and MSS as released by GoI during the financial year 2016-17 as Re-validated under the following Head of Accounts:

2. The Special Commissioner of Agriculture, A.P., Guntur shall take necessary action accordingly. He is also requested to send necessary proposal at appropriate time to Government for obtaining supplementary grant during the current financial year 2017-18.

3. This orders issues based on the Budget Release Order issued by the Finance (FMUGAD-2) Department vide G.O. second read above.
