A: Yes. We only accept AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers as the CPR certification for our EMT-B course. This is in line with most hospital regulations. Illini EMS offers the AHA BLS for HCP courses as well. Again, the course we require is the AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers, not AHA Heartsaver. ................
