The 2017 USS Muliphen AKA-61 reunion will be held Wednesday May 3rd thru Sunday May 7th, 2017 at the Sheraton Norfolk Waterside Hotel located at 777 Waterside Dr. Norfolk, VA 23510. The hotel is located in downtown Norfolk on the waterfront. It is within easy walking distance to both great attractions (the USS Wisconsin, Nauticus & the MacArthur Memorial) and excellent dining options. The hotel is 7.6 miles from Norfolk International Airport (ORF). Unfortunately a hotel Airport Shuttle service is not available. The airport (ORF) shuttle service for-a-fee is available outside the baggage claim area at the airport. For those driving, the Sheraton Waterside will provide a parking voucher at check-in. This voucher is for complimentary Self-Parking at the Dominion Tower Parking Garage, adjacent to the hotel. Valet parking is also available for $24.00 per night. Subject to availability, the hotel offers complimentary shuttle van service for the downtown area. If you plan to stay at another hotel or you are a local resident, you will be subject to hotel parking fees.
