Star Sportsmanship Initiative- Required by the Alabama High School Athletic Association to promote sportsmanship in athletics

Directions:

1. Go to the following website;

2. Enter our school code: STAR01454

3. Create your user login

4. Take the survey for student athletes (Must complete 4 chapters)

5. Print your certificate after you complete the survey

Helpful Hints:

1. If you do not finish in one day, you can resume the survey later at the point you left off

(be sure to check this option after you login next time)

2. Be sure to print two copies of your certificate and bring one to Coach Rush

3. You can finish this project on your home computer or on another school computer by

logging in to this website
