It happened completely in the past.Aliens have landed on the moon- this is written in the present perfect tense. It happened in the past but is still true today, they’re still on the moon, therefore the tense has been changed.Timmy was in a spaceship- this is written in the past tense. It happened completely in the past.Timmy has been in his spaceship- this is written in the present perfect tense.
