Requirements/Content: Total: ____________/ 90

- (5 points) you have to have a title and the title should be displayed at the first scene of your video.

- Choose a topic from any unit that we have learned, you may combine the units as well.

- (15 points) Use at least 200 Chinese characters – appropriate languages. You do not need to underline. You may use English but it will not count toward the 200 characters, and you are not allowed to use any English words that we have learned in Mandarin. Mandarin: English ratio should be 10:1. (e.g. no more than 20 English words if you have 200 characters)

- (2 points) If you are doing video taping, the video should be at least 5 minutes long.

- (8 points) Have a main idea –make sure the context in the video ties to its title well.

- Story/content of the video has to be approved by the teacher before you start videotaping.

- (5 points) You have to choose a Mandarin song as background music (except if you’re doing comic book).

- (5 points) Your video/presentation should be smooth and interesting.
