Continental Property Services seeks a Human Resources Administrator.

To develop and maintain personnel structure including recruitment, training and development. Support the personnel functions at the company’s locations with programs for administering the personnel function, and providing quality training programs.

Plans and participates in overall marketing program of CPS.

Assist or oversee phases of assigned projects.

Must meet requirements below:

•         Ability to communicate effectively and plan/organize and prioritize.

•         Must be able to work well in high-energy environment and possess ability to multi-task. Strong organizational and management skills.

•         Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate teams and simultaneously manage several projects, excellent interpersonal skills required.

•         Stay up-to-date with all Employment Laws, OSHA, Workman’s Compensation, Unemployment, Benefits Administration

•         High proficiency in Microsoft Office Products  required

•         ADP software a plus

• Prior diversified business and personnel administration, marketing, property management experience required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Associate’s Degree
