1 flour tortilla (try whole-wheat tortillas for extra nutrition and flavor) 2 tablespoons shredded Cheddar cheese. Oil spray or nonstick spray (such as Pam) or oil. Spray a 10-inch skillet with oil spray or spread lightly with oil. Heat pan. Add tortilla to pan. Cook over medium heat about 1 minute, just to soften. ................
