Abstract. The Texas Education Agency (TEA) is required by Rider 58 (General Appropriations Act,

Article III, 85th Texas Legislature) to provide a list of schools operating on a year-round system. This

report contains a list of the 2016¨C17 campuses operating on a Year-Round Education (YRE) calendar

as determined though analyzing district-reported data related to the specific calendar days a campus

was in session throughout the academic year.
