2. One-Time Current Event Class Presentation

To truly appreciate world history, it is critical to have an in depth understanding of what is happening in the world you live in. Every week, we will review what has been happening in the news as a class. On one of these days during the year, you will deliver a current event presentation. Your report is to be no longer than 5 minutes. Pick meaningful stories, if something important happens, you should not leave it out. Stories need not be limited to one article, you can draw from multiple sources for a single story.

Do not simply read the news. Tell us about them in such a way that makes them interesting. Show how they are relevant to our lives.
