School System (WCPSS) converted 22 elementary and middle schools to year-round calendars and ordered all newly built schools to open on the year-round calendar. The controversial move increased the number of year-round schools operating in WCPSS to 46, more than doubling the number of schools operating on the year-round schedule. ................
