1. Introduction

Allied Bank Limited invites all reputed and established 3S Auto Dealers of following OEMs in Karachi, Lahore,

Islamabad, Rawalpindi and Faisalabad ("Dealer(s)") to apply for the participation in the Pre-Qualification Process

by submitting the appended below Pre-Qualification form.

a. Indus Motors Company Ltd. b. Pak Suzuki Motors Company Ltd. c. Honda Atlas Cars Pakistan Ltd.

A transparent evaluation for the purpose of Pre-Qualification shall be carried out through the information provided in the application form and the necessary documents required to be attached with the application form.

Subsequent to screening, a contract/agreement will be signed with the Dealer(s) who qualify. Each Dealer(s)

performance in terms of quality, delivery, after sales services and other contractual obligations will be closely monitored and periodically reviewed during the contractual period.

Kindly submit duly filled in Application Form along with necessary documents to Mr. Altaf Hussain Saqib, Group Head ? Asset & Liability Management ? CRBG (N) at Allied Bank Limited, 2nd Floor, Head Office - 3-4 Tipu Block, New Garden Town, Lahore latest by 26th January 2017; Any application received after 26th January 2017 shall not be entertained.
