Example 1

I am a Colorado Native from Alamosa, Colorado and even graduated from Adams State College. My very first job was in the Insurance industry and I have enjoyed every minute of it. My first job was a multi-line claims adjuster where I would estimate damages to vehicles, climb an occasional roof and settle bodily injury claims. I worked for Allstate Insurance for 9 years in various positions but love being an agent!

I am an Independent Insurance Agent with Mountain Storm Insurance Agency, LLC. I have the ability to shop the best coverage for my clients at the most competitive rates. I believe in educating my clients as well as being available for them when they have questions or concerns. Believe it or not, Insurance can be exciting!

With Rotary, I have found the Best Rotary in Colorado with the best people and with a great focus. Tuesday mornings at 7 a.m. are fun filled, educational and make me proud to be a member of Centennial Rotary...and the breakfasts aren’t bad either! I enjoy this group and look forward to seeing them each week.

Example 2

I grew up on Long Island in a large Greek family. Upon graduation from high school, I decided to leave New York to attend Colorado State University where I attained a degree in Horticulture. Following that, I returned to New York for 3 years where I worked as a 4-H County Agent.

Missing Colorado, I so returned to get my masters in education from CSU. Over the years, I was Director of Training for a variety of companies and for the last 15 years have worked as a Career Coach.

My wife of 40 years, Jackie, is a retired Occupational Therapist from Aurora Public Schools, presently working part time with Douglas County Schools. We have two children, Lisa a youth Librarian with Douglas County Libraries and Marc, a software product specialist for a software company in Boulder.

In addition I enjoy traveling, gardening, golf and family. I am a member of Colorado Human Resource Association, Association for Corporate Growth and Heritage Eagle Bend Bocce and Bridge Clubs.
