Automatic Payment Plan Authorization Agreement By completing and signing the form below, you authorize Audi Financial Services ("us/we") to initiate electronic withdrawals from the checking or savings account designated below, payable to Audi Financial Services. This authorized deduction will cover monthly payments and any other outstanding amounts you owe (late charges, monthly payments, parking tickets or personal property taxes) as described in your contract or lease agreement. You should make your monthly payment by check
