JUST GATHER THE INGREDIENTS, AND WE’LL RINSE, CHOP & MIX WHILE CONNECTED VIRTUALLY!Makes 8 bagels WHAT YOU NEED:1-1/2 cups all-purpose or bread flour2 tsp. baking powder1 tsp salt1-1/2 cups plain Greek yogurt (thick types like Fage Total or Chobani work best)MAKING IT:Preheat oven to 375°F.? Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone baking mat. Spray with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.Measure flour baking powder and salt into large bowl. Whisk dry ingredients together with a fork.Drain any liquid from top of yogurt; measure yogurt. Add to dry ingredients.Using a large spoon or rubber spatula, mix until a crumbly dough forms. Use your hands to gather dough into a ball (dough will be sticky).Turn dough onto floured board or clean countertop. Knead the dough with your hands until no longer sticky. Add more flour if needed.Divide dough into 8 equal balls. With your hands, roll each ball on a lightly floured surface until it becomes a long rope about ?-inch thick. Try to make the rope as even and smooth as possible. Pinch ends of each rope together to form a circle. Place bagels onto baking sheet. In small bowl, whisk egg. Using your fingers or pastry brush, spread egg wash on bagel tops. Sprinkle on favorite toppings.Bake bagels for 20-25 minutes or until bagels are lightly browned.
