CONTRACT INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS This document includes the general insurance requirements for the State of Ohio, as well as specific requirements for certain types of contracts between the university and third parties.GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: All third parties entering into a contract with the university must have the following insurance provisions: Admitted Carrier in OhioOccurrence basis (excluding professional liability, cyber liability and pollution liability)AM Best "A" or better rating 30 days advance written notice of cancellation, material change or non-renewal, in favor of UC endorsed on to coverageRequires that all policies of insurance be on a primary basis, noncontributory with any other insurance coverages and/or self-insurance carried or maintained by UCInclude the following language: "The following are Additional Insureds: The University of Cincinnati, University of Cincinnati Board of Trustees and its officers, employees, agents and volunteers.
