Position Overview: The Associate Business Manager acts as the right hand of our Business Managers to help our clients’ ecommerce business and is responsible for harnessing internal, client, and channel resources to achieve eCommerce objectives. Primary Job Functions:Work with BKM Business Managers, client, and Amazon/other eCommerce companies to help deliver strong sales growth, and excellent customer support:Managing new account and product set-upOnboarding new clientsConducting brand audits to lay the foundation for a strong growth strategyCreating and managing the execution of client promotional calendarsGeneral troubleshootingExecuting marketing plansWorking with Media team to set media strategy and oversee media executionEnsuring ample stock and that clients meet creative deadlinesOngoing client communication and strategy planning/executionWorking with Operations Analyst to ensure smooth supply chain for clientsBusiness analytics and ROI analysis Qualifications:4+ years experience in at least some of the following areas (willing to train in areas to fill gaps):ECommerce channels, especially Cross-functional roles with consumer packaged goods companies (grocery, pet or health and personal care)MarketingOnline advertising experience a plusDetail orientation, strong organizational skills.Client/account management experience.Demonstrated experience as an effective virtual team member with strong communications skills, reliability/integrity/maturity, and ability to self-start. Must be comfortable with the learning curve/constant change that comes with operating in a fast moving, ever changing world of eCommerce.Must be a team player. Beekeeper is a scrappy start up – our US team is 8 people. We are making strides in terms of process and efficiency, but we also need people willing to pitch in when fortable in spreadsheets and doing analysisBachelor's Degree or higherExperience with Excel, Word, Gmail, Google Drive, etc, Dropbox are a plus.
