1. This promotion is open to the general public. 2. By taking part in this Promotion, the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 3. This promotion will run from Friday, 27 November 2020 to Monday, 30 November 2020 (both days included). 4. This promotion applies to the sale of the following Mobile Products at discounted prices:

5. All purchases are on a "first come, first serve" basis, MTC can not guarantee the availability of all Mobile Products throughout Promotion.

6. The participation in this Promotion excludes MTC's directors, members, partners, employees, agents, consultants, any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by MTC or any supplier of goods and services in connection with this Promotion and their spouses, life partners, parents, children, siblings, business partners or associates.

7. The aforestated Mobile products will only be available at the following MTC Mobile Homes:

? BPI House,Windhoek ? Grove Mall, Windhoek ? Oshakati ? Rundu ? Dunes Mall, Walvis Bay ? Keetmanshoop

8. All risks related to the Mobile Product shall pass to the customer upon purchasing the Mobile Product.

9. MTC shall not be held liable for any damage or loss of the Mobile Product.

10. MTC will not refund a customer or exchange any Mobile Products purchased during this Promotion.

11. A customer may subject to MTC's discretion be permitted to exchange a Mobile Product at a top up fee to defray the price difference between the original Mobile Product price and the promotional price.

12. MTC and any of its agents, directors, affiliates, members or employees shall not be responsible in any way for claims, loss or damages (either direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise), arising from customers' participation in the Promotion. MTC shall not be held liable in the event that, for any reason whatsoever, the Mobile Products are not available or the customers experience any issues arising from their participation in the Promotion.

13. MTC reserves the right to suspend a customer's access to this Promotions and its MobileHomes if fraudulent activity is suspected and if the outcome of an investigation proves that fraudulent activity did occur, MTC shall be entitled to terminate the Promotion. Customers will not have a claim against MTC.

14. MTC has the right to withdraw, or shorten the duration of either of the Promotion, or amend the promotional prices of the Mobile Products in its sole discretion and absolute discretion and will notify customers if it chooses to do so. Customers will not have a claim against MTC in this event.

15. If, in MTC's reasonable opinion, a customer is deemed to be abusing the Promotion in any way. MTC may ask such a customer to moderate their behaviour and, in extreme cases, MTC may block access to the Promotion, or ban the customer from entering its MobileHomes.

16. MTC reserves the right to vary these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion, whether as a result of new legislation, statutory instruments, government licenses, amendments to the standard Terms and Conditions of MTC, any similar event or not and the customer hereby consents to the said variation. MTC may at its sole discretion, elects to notify the customer of any variation in writing or to publish such variation on its website and or at its principal place of business.

17. By continuing to purchase Mobile Products after receipt of the above notice, the customer agrees to be bound by the amended Terms and Conditions.

18. All standard Terms and Conditions of MTC apply.
