1. You will receive an email from Amazon that you have Wish List to view. 2. Click on VIEW WITH LIST. Follow the instructions on How To Place an Order in Amazon (see below) 3. All orders must ship to the Warehouse 4. Your Amazon order may have several order numbers for one cart. If there are multiple order

numbers enter one purchase requisition for all the order numbers. Be sure to list all the order numbers in the "Notes" on the purchase requisitions. 5. If you receive any emails from Amazon about an order being cancelled or a refund being issued, forward a copy to Janet Bradley

Purchase Requisition Entry: Vendor: Amazon Capital Services Inc V #33001335 Comments: US COMM R-TC-17006 X1/22 Notes: Enter the Amazon Order Number(s) Ship To: North or South County Warehouse Enter a line item purchase requisition (enter a line for each item you are ordering ? Do not put "As Per Attached Cart" ? Limit Lines to 15 Do Not enter the estimated tax Be sure to include the shipping, if applicable Attach a copy of the Amazon Confirmation Email to the purchase requisition

should be used as a last resort. If an item is available from a bid vendor, you must use the bid vendor. If you are not sure if is the correct vendor please call Janet Bradley at 936-709- 7650 for guidance.

Before placing an order with Amazon please consider the following:

1. Enter your purchase requisition as soon as you place the order in Amazon. If the order is not finalized by purchasing within 7 days the cart will automatically be cancelled. You will receive an email from Amazon if they cancel your cart.

2. Purchasing cannot make any adjustments to your cart so if you make a mistake you will need to go back into the order and make the adjustment.

3. If the item(s) you are ordering are fulfilled by Amazon, the quantities and the price will be held for 5 days.

4. If you need to return merchandise to Amazon, send Janet Bradley and the Warehouse an email with the reason for the return and the purchase order number. We will then notify Amazon. If the item is being returned for any reason other than it is defective you will be charged for shipping. Some orders may also be charged a restocking fee.

5. If an item needs to be returned to Amazon they will issue a refund. If you want the item that was

returned you will need to place a new order. They do not exchange items.

How to Place an Order in Amazon

1. Receive email from Amazon that you have a Wish List to view 2. Login to Amazon Business

Make sure you are in Amazon Business and you should see (your name) Account for Business 3. Click "View (name) Wish List"

4. MAKE NOTE OF QUANTITY OF EACH ITEM or PRINT/SAVE WISH LIST

5. Click "Add to Cart"

6. Uncheck "This is a gift"

7. Once all items have been added, Click "View Cart" to check quantity

8. Double check quantities. If wish list shows more than 1, you will need to increase the quantity 9. Click "arrows" next to quantity to change

10. If more than 10 items are needed click "10+" and type in quantity

11. The number will be highlighted, type in quantity

12. Click "Update" to save change in quanity

13. Once updated, click "Proceed to checkout"

14. Sign in again

15. Type "XX" in the Purchase Order number field (you must enter something here). 16. Click "Continue"

17. Do Not enter anything in the Deliver To field

18. Choose "SHIP To:" location All orders Must ship to one of the CISD Warehouses.

19. Choose delivery option ? usually "Free Two Day Shipping" 20. Choose shipping preference ? "Group my items into as few shipments as possible"

21. Click "Continue"
