Rangatahi their whānau and key stakeholders are involved in support and treatment planning (person centred planning). Key planning documents are reviewed frequently, and clinical notes are accurate and reported timely.Ensure that the environment is safe.Ahurutanga (safe space) will be a core component of the service.Liaison with external agencies to:ensure the right people and services are in place, to provide the right support and clinical oversight i.e.: Child, Adolescence and Family Service.promote service development and community engagement.develop an integrated plan for rangatahi.ensure clear systems and processes are in place.A strong connection is developed with relevant statutory agencies Oranga Tamariki and the Police to develop communication/engagement process inclusive of expectations and responsibilities.Continual research in relevant areas to ensure the service can incorporate the best research in the planning, development, and programmes for rangatahi.
