Fees from 1 January 2019

Over the past 15 years Green Star has helped transform Australia's built environment.

To continue supporting new and existing Green Star applicants, and to encourage an even greater and more widespread pursuit of Green Star certification, we are making some adjustments to our fee structure effective from 1 January 2019.

These changes reflect our commitment to continually update and improve our tools and support to increase the value Green Star offers our members and customers.

New inclusions

from 1 January 2019

For projects where the applicant is a member company Where the fee is over $10,000, we will provide two hours of technical support to be selected by the project team from the following options:

? A two hour `on-boarding' workshop to introduce project teams to the process; or

? For more experienced project teams: ? Two hours of coaching; or ? Two free technical questions.

For projects over $200M, or deemed highly complex/unusual, four hours of technical support will be provided.

Additional support is available as per the standard fees on our website.

For all projects

A decal will be provided recognising their Green Star certification for use in their building, precincts or fitouts for ratings 4 star and over.

Green Star ? Communities

In addition to fee changes, an additional tier is being introduced for university campuses.
