TotheBoardofDirectorsof TennesseeTennisAssociation,Inc. ReportontheFinancialStatements We have audited the accompanying financial statements of Tennessee Tennis Association, Inc. (a nonprofit corporation), which comprise the statements of financial position as of December 31, 2013and2012,andtherelatedstatementsofactivitiesandchangesinnetassetsandcashflowsfor theyearsthenended,andtherelatednotestothefinancialstatements. Management'sResponsibilityfortheFinancialStatements Managementisresponsibleforthepreparationandfairpresentationofthesefinancialstatements in accordance with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America; this includes the design, implementation, and maintenance of internal control relevant to the preparationandfairpresentationoffinancialstatementsthatarefreefrommaterialmisstatement, whetherduetofraudorerror. Auditors'Responsibility Our responsibility is to express an opinion on these financial statements based on our audits. We conductedourauditsinaccordancewithauditingstandardsgenerallyacceptedintheUnitedStates of America. Those standards require that we plan and perform the audit to obtain reasonable assuranceaboutwhetherthefinancialstatementsarefreefrommaterialmisstatement. An audit involves performing procedures to obtain audit evidence about the amounts and disclosuresinthefinancialstatements.Theproceduresselecteddependontheauditor'sjudgment, includingtheassessmentoftherisksofmaterialmisstatementofthefinancialstatements,whether due to fraud or error.
