Full payment is required with this application. Cancellations must be made by September 10, 2017 with fifty percent (50%) of the total being refunded. Any cancellations made after October 1, 2017 will result in no refund to the exhibitor.

Demonstrations and exhibits must be confined to the contracted space. AACE, the exhibit facility, the members, AACE representative and/or employees of the facility will not be responsible for injury, loss or damage that may occur to the exhibitor or the exhibitor's representative while on the event property.

AACE and its agents and employees will not be liable for failure to hold the exhibition as scheduled. Exhibitors agree to maintain insurance that will fully protect, hold harmless and indemnity the exhibition management and the sponsor from any and all claims of any nature, including claims under the Workman's Compensation Act.

Damage to the facility housing and the exhibit caused or done by the exhibitor shall be the responsibility of the exhibitor.
