A Short-Term Contract is a commitment by your company to execute work during a time period in the future in exchange for a contracted payout

Short-Term Contracts are comprised of the following key elements: 1. Domicile: Starting/ending location of work 2. Dates: Period over which work Blocks will start* 3. Equipment: Number of tractors required, trailer type, and trailer source (`P' = provided by Amazon) 4. Blocks: # of Blocks per week, duration each Block of work, and drivers required (Solo or Team) 5. Block Rate: Rate paid per executed Block 6. Total Pay: Value of the contract** based on total weeks, Blocks, tractors, and Block rate 7. Type: Contract type (i.e. Full-Week, Partial-Week, Reservation)

*A Block can start on or towards the end date of a contract and end outside of the end date of the contract **Fuel surcharge, tolls, and accessorial charges are not included in the Contract total and will be added in the Invoice
