All applicants must be students at Durham University for the academic year 2019-2020.Main Duties & responsibilities include:Delivering a consistently excellent level of service to all customers by providing a friendly, polite and efficient service.Preparing and serving hot food, within the required health and safety regulations.Preparing and serving hot and cold beverages including cocktails, mixers, beer, wine and soft drinks to a consistently high standard.Following company policy to ensure that customers are drinking in a responsible manner.Stocking fridges, ensuring displays are clean and correct.Receiving and checking deliveries and following correct stock rotation procedures.Cash handling and processing card payments on the till system.Promoting products and special offers and supporting SU events.
