I started this manufacturing business in 1991 by importing finished product from a USA manufacturer. After 4 years we started manufacturing our own product and the company blossomed.Our first customers were moms and pops and wholesalers but once we started manufacturing for ourselves we started going after big companies like Loblaws,Real Canadian superstone,Shoppers,Rona,Metro,Homesense,Winners etc.

This business has been profitable every year since inception.

About 4 years ago we started moving into the ecommerce arena by partnering with Wayfair,Overstock,Amazon and others.We also built our own Shopify store and website called

The partnerships have been very successful and have grown fast since inception.Today our business is over 95% ecommerce.

In the new era of COVID,ecommerce has boomed as people stay at home and shop online. Our partners have seen growth of 100% per year,and although we had to make adjustments by reducing our product offering because there were too many orders coming in and we decided not to hire any new strangers,we chose health over sales. Our average sale has gone from $75 to $110,on increased volume. June and July have been record months.

We are expanding our business with Wayfair by going into Europe where they have been very successful.

We have partnerships with Wayfair USA,Wayfair Canada,Soon Wayfair Europe,Overstock and Amazon.

Picture Perfect was a successful operation before Covid and is expected to do even better in this new environment.We expect 2020/1 to be the best year ever.We expect sales of 4-5 million and profits around 1 million.

Ecommerce is the future of shopping and because the effects of Covid will be around for a while we see business being strong for at least the next year.

Sales are expected to grow 20-40% this year,based on organic growth and also our entry into the European market.

Our warehouse is 31.000 sq ft but his business can be opaertated out of 22-25.000 ft.

Warehouse staff is 11,and 4 in the office.

Useful inventory comprising raw material of frame,paper and canvas to print on,boxes,backing board,inks etc would be taken over and should be about $600,000.

Machinery and equipment of about $290,000 would also be taken over.

In addition there are 3 leases on machines.

2 Agfa flatbed printers,one is fully paid,and the second lease expires September 2021. 2 Epson printers have leases that have about 2 years to run.

The business can be expanded by adding ecommerce partners, going back to brick and mortar stores,hospitality industry or diversify into the printing industry.European models of selling on ecommerce are very successful and use different product,Picture Perfect could easily model these successful companies.
