Instructions for Accessing W-2s Online For Former AutoZoners Only

First Time Users Only:

1. Open a browser and go to 2. Click the Former AutoZoner button.

3. If you are a first-time user as a Former AutoZoner, click Select First Time user? Click Here.

4. IMPORTANT ? Read the entire screen before clicking the Login button to continue. Write down the Registration Code. You will need it later.

5. Click Register Now.

6. Enter Registration Code AutoZone-MyADP, then click Next

7. Enter information to Identify yourself, then click Continue.

8. Select an option to verify your identity.

9. Once the ADP website has loaded, click Pay on the left menu.

10. Scroll to the bottom of the screen to where you see Tax Statements. 11. Select the Tax Year and click DOWNLOAD STATEMENT

For Termed AutoZoners who are NOT First Time Users:

1. Open a browser and go to 2. Click the Former AutoZoner button.

3. Click Login.

4. Enter ADP User ID & ADP Password, then Click LOG IN. See instructions below if you do not remember your ADP User ID or ADP Password.

5. Once the ADP website has loaded, click Pay on the left menu.

6. Scroll to the bottom of the screen to where you see Tax Statements 7. Select the Tax Year and click DOWNLOAD STATEMENT

Instructions if you do not know your ADP User ID or ADP password: 1. Click Forgot Your ID/Password?
