Work Week: Sunday – Saturday

Shift Differentials: None

Minimum Assignment Period: For Per Diem 8 hrs. Travelers: 1 weeks at 36-40 hours per week. No guarantee shifts or lead times. No Permanent Placement Fees.

For all Physicians - Overtime/Holiday Pay Rate: No overtime - Physician receives the normal hourly rate.

For Physicians:

Weeknight On-Call Rate: Weeknight is a one-time flat charge of one hour of the normal hourly rate for a 15.5-hour period when a physician is required to be available by phone or pager and be able to provide phone consultation relative to their specialty. The weeknight period is generally 4:30 pm-8:00 am. Physician must be within 30 miles or 30-minute radius from the facility.

Weekend On-Call Rate: Weekend on call is 2x the normal hourly rate for a 24-hour period on Saturday 8am - Sunday 8am and Sunday 8am to Monday 8am. Weekend on call applies when a physician is required to be available by phone or pager and must be able to provide phone consultation. Physician must be within a 30 mile or 30-minute radius from the facility.

Call Back Rate: If the physician must report to the facility and see patients, the normal hourly rate applies when physically onsite for all hours worked. One hour minimum charge applies for call back.

For Allied Healthcare Providers (SINs 621-030 and 054):

Overtime: 1.4x the normal hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of a 40-hour work week. For California: 1.4x the normal hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 8 hours and 1.8x the normal hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 12 hours in any workday. Overtime in accordance with state and local labor laws.

For Colorado: 1.4x the normal hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 12 hours in any workday.

Holiday Pay Rate (for all Federal Government Holidays): 1.4x the normal hourly rates apply for all hours worked in excess of 40 hours in a workweek.

Weeknight/Weekend On Call/Call Back: On Call: $8.00 per hour charge for the time the provider is on call. On call is to carry a cell phone or pager and be able to provide phone consultation relative to their specialty and must be within 30 minutes or 30 miles radius from the facility.

Call Back: The normal hourly rate applies if less than 40 hours worked. In excess of 40 hours, overtime of 1.4x the normal hourly rate applies for each hour worked when call back and physically onsite at the facility. One hour minimum charge applies for call back.

Medical (MD) or Osteopathic (DO) Degree

Completion of Residency Training Program in specialty approved by Accreditation Council of Graduate Medical Education (ACGME)

Completion of Fellowship Training Program in subspecialty approved by ACGME (if required for certification)

Minimum Experience

One (1) Year in Specialty

Experience and additional certifications as required by Client

Minimum Certifications

Board Certification or Eligibility in Specialty

Basic Life Support and /or Advanced Cardiac Life Support

Current and valid medical license in one of the 50 states

SIN 621-030 Physician Assistant:

Minimum Training

Graduation from a Physician Assistance Program from a college, university, or professional school

Pass Board certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)

Minimum Experience

One (1) Year in Specialty

Experience and additional certifications as required by Client

Minimum Certifications

Board Certification by National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)

Basic Life Support and /or Advanced Cardiac Life Support
