Additional areas of certification may be approved by the State Board of Education upon review of the longitudinal information required in Section 5925350. A school district also may hire individuals who have received the passport certificate to teach at the middle school level, as defined in Section 591150.”SECTION2.This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.XX ................
