Please join us for the WCA Fall Convention at the Kalahari Resort & Convention Center in Wisconsin Dells. WCA is excited to provide another opportunity for you to earn CEs, network with colleagues and friends, experience new products and services from our exhibitors and partners, and celebrate those in the profession at the annual Awards Gala. This year you have the opportunity to earn up to 31 CE DC/10 Nutrition, 23 CE CT, or 12 CE CRT.

Staggered Seminars & Exhibit Locations

You will have the opportunity to make seminar selections when you register for the convention. To minimize heavy traffic flow, session start times will be staggered by 15-30 minutes. Final start and end times for each seminar will be provided at convention. WCA Corporate Partner and exhibitor booths will be located in multiple areas outside of the seminar rooms. This area will be the hub of activity after your sessions!

By registering early you are helping us assign meeting rooms and determine meal counts based on registration counts. By waiting to register until the last minute, you risk some sessions being at capacity, or the convention may be sold out.

Registration will CLOSE seven days prior to the event so that we have time to get everything ready.

Cancellation / Refunds

You may make changes to your registration without penalty until September 1st. Beginning September 2nd, a $15 administrative fee will apply to all changes, transfers and cancellations. If you become ill with COVID-19 symptoms in the week prior to the convention, please stay home and contact us at registration@.

A block of discounted guest rooms is being held for WCA convention participants until August 16th. After this date, the hotel may continue to honor the room block rates, based on availability only. The Kalahari Resort Fee of $29.99 per room per night is waived for our convention attendees. The rates below include waterpark passes. Our room block filled quickly last year, so please reserve your room early!
