Old Business:

*Banking– Crystal A. looked into the fee schedule for American Heritage Bank in town.

They do not charge if we do all of our banking online and we are able to get debit cards

as well. This will make purchasing items much easier so we do not have to write out

checks. This will also allow us to have all statements online versus having them mailed.

This change of banks will happen sometime after the golf tournament.

the event. We will need people to help set up early Saturday

morning around 7am at the golf course and throughout the event.

Megan E is working on getting golf tees from Oak Realty.

The golf tournament is the major fundraiser for the auxiliary for the year so please spread

the word; get work buddies signed up as a team to play, spread the word to any business

owners you may know to sponsor a hole!

Looking Ahead:

Next Auxiliary Meeting – Monday July 12, 2016 at 7pm at the Fire Hall.

This meeting we will be discussing the Open House during Heritage Days.

So far Crystal and Josh will be handling the dunk tank for the Open House.

Heritage Days / Open House –

Open House things – Crystal A. is taking the lead for the Open House during the Heritage Days. Fire Truck rides, dunk tank, Fire Demo (FD is taking care of this), Street Hockey (Relief is taking care of this), Food items (hot dogs, popcorn and water; more if we can get it donated), game where the kids use the water hose to spray the house; possibly have the kids dress up as firemen and take pics, small games like ring toss and the like and give out small prizes.

Amaya will look into getting North Air Care and possibly either Gold Cross ambulance or Allina ambulance.

FD Picnic – July 13th dinner about 630pm at Doug Nieters house. Usually open anytime that afternoon to come out to the beach. Spouses are to bring a dessert of some sort.
