WILL MEMBERSHIP REWARDS ENCOURAGE OUT-OF-POLICY SPENDING? Corporate Cards should be used according to your Company policy. Membership Rewards encourage employees to use their Corporate Card, instead of cash or personal card alternatives, for business expenses.

HOW DO I ENABLE THIS BENEFIT FOR MY EMPLOYEES? Contact your American Express Account Manager. Once your request is processed, employees can enrol to the Membership Rewards programme when applying for their Card.

HOW DO I TELL EMPLOYEES ABOUT MEMBERSHIP REWARDS? We will provide everything you need to promote Membership Rewards to your employees. Please contact your American Express Account Manager for more information.

HOW DO ELIGIBLE EMPLOYEES ENROL? Employees holding a Corporate Green Card or Corporate Gold Card must sign up individually.

WHO CAN REDEEM POINTS? Points can only be redeemed by the Cardmember named on the Corporate Card. The programme and points are for the sole benefit and use of Cardmembers, even if the company has paid the Programme fees.

CAN EMPLOYEES POOL POINTS BETWEEN A CORPORATE AND CONSUMER CARD? If the Cardmember has one or more eligible Consumer Card(s), they can ask that they are linked to their Corporate Card. Points earned on all their Cards will go into the same points Account, provided that they have the same Earn Rate,* are billed in the same currency and are all enrolled in the Membership Rewards programme. We will only credit points earned on their Corporate Card to their individual points Account. * You earn a set amount of Points for each krona of eligible spend on your Card Account. The number of Points per krona is referred to as your Earn Rate.

WILL AMERICAN EXPRESS CONTACT MY EMPLOYEES ABOUT MEMBERSHIP REWARDS? Once enrolled, employees may receive additional information, offers and reward catalogues from American Express.

WHAT PRODUCTS ARE ELIGIBLE? Not all American Express Corporate Cards are eligible for enrolment. Eligibility is based on the Company's authorisation to participate in the Membership Rewards programme.

WILL EMPLOYEES PAY A FEE TO ENROL? An annual Membership Rewards programme fee of 250 SEK (inc. VAT) will be billed to the enrolled employee's Corporate Card.
