Passports:
You are responsible for all documentations required by law to travel on this tour. For U.S. citizens, a
passport (valid for six months upon return to the U.S.), is required.
Deposit:
Payment of $300.00 per person is due at time of booking. Final payment is due to AAA Travel no later than
November 26, 2007.
Single Occupancy Rate: $2,309.00
Triple Occupancy Rate: $1,999.00
Limit of number of single and triple rooms available per motor coach and subject to availability.
Cancellation Penalties: Once deposit is received, an AAA cancellation fee of $100.00 per booking
applies. (AAA Penalties are not refundable by insurance) In addition to the AAA penalties, tour and air
penalties of up to 100% may apply.
TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED.
Limits on AAA Travel Agency's Responsibilities:
The American Automobile Association, Inc., gives notice that all tickets and coupons are issued and
delivered by them and all arrangements for transportation or conveyance, or for hotel accommodations
are made by them as AGENTS, upon the express conditions that they shall not be liable for any injury,
damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity which may be occasioned by reason or defect in any vehicle
or through the act of default of any company or person engaged in conveying the passenger or any hotel
proprietor, or employee, or in carrying out arrangements of the tour, or otherwise in connection
therewith. No carrier shall have or incur any responsibility to any persons taking this tour, except its
liability as a common carrier. The airline and/or steamship lines concerned are not to be held responsible
for any act, omission, or events, during the time the passengers are not on board their plane or
conveyances. The passage contract in use by the airline and/or steamship concerned when issued shall
constitute the sole contract between carrier and purchaser and/or passenger of these tours. The aforesaid
American Automobile Association, Inc. can accept no responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to
delay or changes of schedule, weather, strikes, war quarantines, or other causes. All such losses or
expenses shall have to be borne by the passengers.

Itinerary:
Day 1 - Depart USA Overnight flight to Rome.
Day 2 - Arrive Rome (2 nights) Trafalgar meets you at the airport and transfers you to your hotel
where this afternoon, you will meet your Tour Director and fellow passengers. (Dinner)
Day 3 - Rome sightseeing & at leisure Our guided sightseeing tour includes a visit to St Peter*s
Basilica in the Vatican. We continue to Piazza Venezia with time to take pictures of the Victor
Emmanuel monument and the 15th century Piazza Venezia before continuing to the Via Sacra and the
Roman Forum and the Colosseum. Finally we will see the Circus Maximus on the Palatine Hill. Perhaps
take an optional trip to visit the ancient Catacombs and to see Michelangelo's sculpture of Moses in the
Church of St. Peter in Chains. (Buffet Breakfast)
Day 4 - Rome - Capri - Sorrento We pass the Abbey of Monte Cassino to Naples for a cruise to the
Isle of Capri. With a local guide, we ascend to Capri town by funicular to visit the famous gardens,
admire the Faraglioni Rocks and maybe linger for a while in the Piazzetta. Late in the afternoon we
head to Sorrento by boat. (Buffet Breakfast / Dinner)
Day 5 - Sorrento - Taormina (3 nights) After a visit to an inlaid wood workshop, we drive via
Salerno and continue through Calabria. Next we board our ferry to cross the Straits of Messina and
drive into Sicily to the resort of Taormina for three nights. (Buffet Breakfast / Dinner)
Day 6 - Taormina orientation & at leisure Our orientation tour shows us the Corso Umberto before
time at leisure. Later you may wish to take an excursion to the top of the volcano, Mount Etna. (Buffet
Breakfast)
Day 7 - Syracuse Excursion Enjoy a full day in the 'Greek city' Syracuse. With a local guide we visit
the archeological excavations to admire the Greek Theatre, the Roman amphitheatre, the Ear of
Dionysus and the Altar of Hierro II. Later, we visit the Ortygia island, before returning to Taormina.

Day 8 - Taormina - Agrigento En route to Agrigento we stop to view the fortress town of Enna but
first we visit Piazza Armerina - to see the mosaics in the nearby Roman Villa of Casale. Then on to
Agrigento where our local guide takes us to visit the Valley of the Temples. (Buffet Breakfast / Dinner)
Day 9 - Agrigento - Palermo First we drive to Selinunte to visit the Dorian Temples and the
Acropolis. Then on to Palermo, where guided sightseeing takes us to the Piazza Bellini and the
Cathedral. Later we stop to view the Conca d'Oro from Monreale and visit the Norman Cathedral.
Finally we visit the coastal fishing village of Mondello before reaching our hotel. (Buffet Breakfast /
Dinner)
Day 10 ¨C Palermo USA After breakfast, you are transferred to the airport for your return flight to the
USA. (Buffet Breakfast)
