Welcome to the Infinity MileageLands, EVA Air’s Frequent Flyer Program. EVA Air and Star Alliance member airlines provide an extensive global flight network with attentive service to assure you of an enjoyable flight experience anytime, anywhere. You will find it to be even easier to upgrade your card tier status because Flight Mileage credited to your Infinity MileageLandssmembership card account when you travel on EVA Air/UNI Air flights and any Star Alliance flight count toward your tier level status for member- ship upgrade. You can also earn Bonus Mileage through participating hotels, car rental agencies, credit card compa- nies, etc. Your miles can be redeemed award tickets and upgrades for travel anywhere not only EVA Air/UNI Air but also the Star Alliance network. Diamond, Gold and Silver Card Advantages

There are four tiers of Infinity MileageLands Membership: Green Card, Silver Card (recognized with Star Alliance Silver status), Gold Card (recognized with Star Alliance Gold status), Diamond Card (recognized with Star Alliance Gold status). EVA’s loyal frequent flyers can not only enjoy the numerous rewards and benefits whenever they fly with EVA Air and UNI Air, such as priority reservation wait-listing, priority airport standby and additional preferential services, but also can enjoy all of the privileges and courtesies offered at the respective Star Alliance Gold or Silver status levels. Eligibility and Enrollment

1. Applicants aged 2 years and above are cordially invited to join the Infinity MileageLands program.

Applicants aged 2-12 are welcome to join the EVA Air frequent flyer program; at least one guardian must be an Infinity MileageLands member in order for the child to qualify.

"Join No w " to enroll membership. Once you have created password, completed and submitted the enrollment you will receive your membership number and get the extra 1,000 bonus miles. After creating your own password, you can access "Manage My Account" and enable your account.

3. Or simply fill out the attached membership application form, and send/ fax it to Infinity MileageLands service center, or handover to your local EVA Air office/ airport staff/ inflight crew.

4. Infinity MileageLands service center will issue digital card to you within 2-4 weeks by e-mail after receiving your application form. Please download your digital card. You can easily show your digital membership card with electronic devices and enjoy benefits. Wherever you go, Infinity MileageLands always travels with you.

2. Membership is for individual travelers only. Each individual must complete a separate application for membership. English names is registered in Infinity MileageLands must be exactly the same as reservation and passport. Any name discrepancy will prevent mileage data being credited to your account.

3. To ensure proper credit for mileage, please provide your name (as it appears on your card) and card number to our booking agent when making reservation or present membership card to check-in agent when checking in.

4. Mileage accrual begins with your enrollment in the Infinity MileageLands and can be traced back to the last six months after enrollment.

5.A member who has registered a valid e-mail address in

his/her member data will receive Electronic Mileage Statement in the next month, otherwise member will receive Mileage Statement via postal mail every month or in January and July based on the membership status if the Infinity MileageLands accounts have any traveling credits or mileage / electronic certificate changes. Mileage statements will list the total accumulated mileage; electronic certificate balance and mileage redemption record. 6. EVA Air is not responsible for any miss mileage credited if documentation fails to reach the Infinity MileageLands Service Center, data is incomplete or applicant’s name is different to reservation.
