Commission accepts offer of $12,000 fine to resolve 4/23/04, 5/30/04, 7/5/04, 8/24/04 alleged violations of section 30-86 (minors) and no further action on 9/18/04 alleged violation of 30-6-A24b (drink promotions) and 9/25/04 alleged violation of 30-86 (intox.).
