Capital Gains for 2019 - Western & Southern Financial Group

During the month of December, Touchstone Investments will declare and pay year-end 2021 capital gains distributions. To assist clients with year-end tax planning, the projected distribution for Touchstone Funds in which a capital gains distribution is anticipated are provided below. These amounts reflect activity as of October 31, 2021, are only estimates and could change dramatically. Actual distributions may be impacted by security transactions and shareholder activity, as well as required tax adjustments and external auditor comments until the record date of the distribution. Because these are just estimates, funds not currently listed could pay capital gains and funds that are listed may not pay capital gains. Capital gains are offset by capital loss carryforwards and by portfolio managers who take the opportunity to offset realized gains with losses.

Capital gains distributions are paid in addition to any income distributions made by the funds.
