JUMP FOR HEART 2017

Each year our students participate in JUMP FOR HEART for the American Heart Association. Students collect money as a fundraiser for the American Heart Association. We are working on jump rope this nine weeks in PE class and they will let us count that as our jump-a-thon. The students raise money for the Heart Association and then the jumpers can earn prizes. If your child wants to participate in this community project, they need to collect money and turn it in on Friday, September 22, 2017. Prizes come in 4-6 weeks after money is turned in.

The American Heart Association is a great organization fighting heart disease and helping provide funding for research for the nations #1 killer.

Your child will be given a sponsor sheet and envelope to put the money in. PLEASE DO NOT allow your child go door to door. Please just have them ask family, friends, and neighbors to support this cause. Parents can also take the forms to work. Checks need to be made to the American Heart Association.

Franklin receives a great deal of community support and this is a chance for us to give back to the community. I hope you will help your child raise even $5-10. If your child is interested in participating, all paperwork and money needs to be turned in to us on Friday, September 22, 2007.

If you have any questions, please call Franklin 973-9850.

Sincerely,

Shelly Hoffman, Ed.D
