Underneath you will find a site plan of BellaVida which shows the Town Homes on the North and West side of the Resort. All Single Family Homes are located on the East and South side. The Clubhouse is situated at the North side of the big lake.

All vacation homes are part of a condominium association. The Association will take care of the landscaping in the common areas and pest control and will take care of cable TV hook-up in all units.
