I was awarded a three-year training grant by the Continuing Education Board of the National Institute of Mental Health to develop a program to provide intensive training to advisory/governing board members, trainers, supervisors, and administrators. The Continuing Education Program employed over 50 consultants and trained more than 500 participants from 70 mental health agencies.

As the Director of the Post-Doctoral Program, I was responsible for recruiting and supervising post-doctoral fellows in their year-long exposure to community psychology.
