Wow, how the world has changed! 2020 seems to be the year when so many plans were dashed and things we had grown accustomed to, like getting together in person, were overturned. While we do not know what 2021 holds, the Maryland Land Title Association (MLTA) is moving forward with the intention of hosting its annual Fall Convention in person this September and we want to be sure to get on your calendar and have you reserve your participation in our event.

MLTA exists to promote professionalism and communication throughout the real estate title industry. This mission includes promoting standards and regulations that increase the effectiveness of the industry through legislative initiatives and educational programs. To that end, we offer education, networking, and advocacy opportunities for land title professionals in Maryland. We represent over 325 member companies that employ over 2,500 title industry professionals throughout the state of Maryland.

 

Our Fall Convention is the association’s signature event offering two days of education, networking, and an industry-wide exchange of ideas among Maryland’s land title professionals. Each year, we host close to 200 senior managers. These decision-makers are looking to meet and connect with YOU, the companies who provide the essential products and services that allow them to run their businesses more effectively and efficiently. ***DISCLAIMERS:

1) Our Convention is subject to the state of affairs regarding COVID and MLTA will be following the guidance of the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the Maryland Department of Health and the Princess Royale Hotel as far as gathering sizes, social distancing and masks. If we do need to shift our Convention from an in-person event to something else, we will provide you with a full refund of your sponsorship/exhibit fee.

2) Again, not knowing what restrictions may still be in place, some of the benefits outlined in the sponsorship and capacities for exhibits are subject to change.
