Harvest Moon is not responsible for any accidents occurring in booths or caused by displays, products or unsafe conditions--these are the responsibilities of the vendor.By agreeing to this contract I acknowledge that the Harvest Moon Fall festival vendor fee is non-refundable for any reason. It is the vendors’ responsibility to collect and remit sales tax on items sold.
