If you are coming through the ADIUT networkThis is what you need to do next:1- apply online: inform patricia.salieres@univ-amu.fr that you have proceeded with your online application.Title your e-mail DOSSIER MOVEON ENTRANTS 2019-2020 + your name2-Reserve your accommodation: A room has been pre-reserved for you. Mrs Salières will send you information by e-mail asking you to log on to Interlog (our student accommodation platform) and to either accept or reject. Check your spams! 3-Get in contact with your international tutor at the IUT (contact details will be sent to you) and inform the International Relations office of your day, time and place of arrival.4-Print final application file. You will receive an e-mail with a link.5-When you arrive late August or early in September at the IUT, you will need to go to the admissions office called “La Scolarité” to finalise your admission.You MUST bring the following documents:The application fileCopy of your valid passportCopy of valid visa A valid passport photo to issue your student card6- Organise your visit to the International student deskIf you are a non-EU Exchange student You are coming from one of our partner universities located in either the USA, Canada, or Colombia.1- Apply online: all your academic transcripts as well as an academic reference letter issued by your home university mentioning your French/English language level, your current level and field of study.Please inform patricia.salieres@univ-amu.fr that you have proceeded with your online applicationTitle your e-mail DOSSIER MOVEON ENTRANTS 2019-2020 + your name2-Fill in your Learning Agreement if it is requested by your home university, please sign it and have it signed by your home institution and please send it to marie.tredy@univ-amu.fr3-Three weeks later, we will issue a letter of admission and we will send it to your home institution and to you by e-mail. If you need a paper copy, please specify.4-Reserve your accommodation: A room has been pre-reserved for you.
