2. SP35-2015 - Community Eligibility Provision (CEP): Revised Department of Education Title I Guidance - This USDA Policy Memo along with the attachment discusses how CEP sites handle Title I Funding was released in the May bulletin.

SP37-2015 - 2015 Edition of Questions and Answers for the National School Lunch Program’s Seamless Summer Option - The SSO offers school food authorities (SFA) an alternative option to SFSP, with streamlined administrative requirements. Guidance and clarification on all summer meal options available to schools is provided through SP 07-2013, SFSP 04-2013, and Summer Feeding Options for School Food Authorities Revised, November 23, 2012, available at .

• May Claim Submissions- May claims must be submitted by June 15th to avoid processing delays as our state finance department switches to the new IRIS system. Any claims submitted after June 15th could have 3 to 4 week delay.

• US Farm-to-School Census Just a reminder to please complete the Farm-to-School Census.  The 2015 Census should be completed by every school or district participating in the national school lunch program even if your school or district is not currently involved in farm to school. If you have not already completed the 2015 Census, please complete it today by clicking on the web link and following the directions. Only one response per school or district is needed.
