Student Information:
~ Support the CHS Drama Club by bringing your dirty vehicle and some cash to O'Reilly's Auto Parts in Clinton this Saturday from 9-3. We'll wash your car for a donation. :)
~ Seniors! The time has come to start discussing your senior fee for graduation! The fee is $95.00 total, but is being collected in 3 installments this year. The first senior payment will be collected Oct 2-4 in Rm. 332 before school. This payment is a minimum of $30. The second payment will be due in early December ($30), and the third payment ($35) at the beginning of February. Students are welcome to pay the full amount, or an amount exceeding the minimum in October if they wish to do so. When the entire senior fee is paid the student will be measured for their cap/gown. For any questions concerning this fee, please contact Mrs. Cudzilo, Rm. 332.
~ The Clinton Lady Dragons girls soccer team won last night 1-0 against William Blount. Goal scored by Cassie Franse.

~ College Information Night is next Thursday, Sept. 20, at 6:30 p.m. in the Little Theatre for interested students and parents. Dr. Tom Broadhead from UTK, Mr. Jim McDaniel from Roane State and Ms. Pat Danko from UTK Ed. Opportunity Center (financial aid) will be the guest speakers.
~ The PSAT will be given to any sophomore or junior on Saturday, October 20 at 9:00 a.m. This is the qualifying exam to be a National Merit Finalist or Semi-Finalist. The cost is $14.00 and you must sign up by October 10 with Mrs. Jenkins in Counseling. Limited spots available!
~ The Anderson Co. Democratic Women's group has a $500 scholarship for any CHS female who helps (in any way) with a campaign of a democratic candidate (from local elections to the Presidential campaign) With campaign season in full swing, this is the time to get involved in the election process!
