5. If a friend or family member to takes your picture, be sure the camera has a high resolution so that your picture looks great.

7. See Mrs. Potter if you need help finding another solution. We can help if you can’t find a way to make your picture happen.

8. If you choose not to be in the senior section, you will need to sign a refusal form. If you know you don’t want to be recognized in the senior section, please submit the refusal form by October 31, 2019.

9. No changes to senior pictures can be made after December 1, 2019. Late pictures will be accepted through December 1, 2019 provided you have discussed the matter with Mrs. Potter and pay a $10 late fee. After December 1, 2019, no senior pictures will be accepted.

The Anderson News Requirements

Pictures given to the yearbook will be used in the newspaper section. Please remember that The Anderson News uses both the senior picture and the baby picture in the graduation section. We will submit those for you if you have given them to Mrs. Potter by the due date.

1. Baby pictures should be submitted to Mrs. Potter by October 31, 2019. The preferred method of submission is either electronically OR on a flash drive or disk. Be sure to scan and save your picture.

2. Electronic submission is recommended because baby pictures are priceless, and parents do not want to lose them!! They also must be submitted in j-peg format.

3. The j-peg is recommended to be at least 500 pixels; please remember anything smaller can affect the quality of the image in publication.

4. The j-peg may be brought in on a disk, flash drive, or e-mailed to rebecca.potter@anderson.kyschools.us
