ATEAM AmeriCorps members tutor targeted students in K-12th grade in reading and/or math-, ensuring students are performing at grade level or above. Members serve in schools in Western and South Central Kentucky.

Christian Appalachian Project AmeriCorps members provide housing services, long-term hunger support, emergency assistance, disaster relief, early childhood education, character education and tutoring, summer programming, and elderly and disability services for residents of one or more counties in Eastern Kentucky.

Economic Empowerment Corps AmeriCorps members provide economic empowerment services, such as financial counseling, to domestic violence survivors at 15 member programs and other Kentucky Coalition Against Domestic Violence community partners across the state.

Environmental Education Leadership Corps AmeriCorps members provide environmental education programs and activities to the public in various locations throughout Kentucky, such as state and local parks, institutions of higher learning, local government agencies, environmental education centers, zoos and aquariums, nonprofit providers of environmental education, and youth service organizations.

Family Resource and Youth Services Centers (FRYSC) Corps AmeriCorps members provide literacy tutoring and address food insecurity in economically disadvantaged schools in Central and Eastern Kentucky.

Global Game Changers AmeriCorps members teach students in their Expanded Learning Programs in Jefferson County, providing enrichment instruction resulting in gains in social-emotional skills, power skills, and academics.

Homes for All AmeriCorps members provide housing services to economically disadvantaged individuals across the Commonwealth. These services include construction activities, homeownership and housing counseling, and homeless prevention and intervention.

Kentucky College Coaches AmeriCorps members coach and mentor high school students in 50 high schools and Area Technology Centers throughout Kentucky to help build a college-going culture.

Kentucky College Coaches on Campus AmeriCorps members provide academic coaching to first-generation, low-income, and veteran college students statewide.

Kentucky READY Corps AmeriCorps members identify and provide direct assistance to individuals and groups vulnerable to disasters, and conduct disaster planning with a focus on vulnerable individuals and groups in communities across Kentucky.

Morehead State University (MSU) Corps AmeriCorps members provide math and reading tutoring in local elementary and middle schools using technology-based interventions to high-risk, economically disadvantaged students in 22 counties in Eastern Kentucky.

PartnerCorps School Turnaround

A+ AmeriCorps members serve high school students in Clay, Knox and Perry Counties in rural Kentucky. Twenty AmeriCorps members serve at each school, and members provide tutoring and mentoring to improve attendance and math scores.

PartnerCorps SOAR AmeriCorps members serve in Leslie County Schools in rural Kentucky to help struggling students improve attendance and school performance.

PartnerCorps STEM AmeriCorps members serve as mentors, tutors, and college guides in Madison County. Members are responsible for student improvement in STEM subjects and encourage retention in postsecondary institutions.

REACH Corps School Turnaround AmeriCorps members mentor disadvantaged students at priority and focus schools in Jefferson County to improve the academic engagement and attendance of participating students.

Senior Connections AmeriCorps members provide a range of services and social support to seniors, to reduce the rate of hospitalization among Medicare beneficiaries at a variety of service sites--providing food, services, transportation and social support to thousands of older adults.

Teach For America AmeriCorps Professional Corps members teach for two years in low-income and disadvantaged schools in Appalachian Kentucky, partnering with their local communities to help their students achieve at high levels.

Teach Kentucky AmeriCorps AmeriCorps Professional Corps members are Math, Science, Language Arts, Social Studies, Spanish, and Learning and Behavior Disorders public middle and high school teachers in Jefferson and other surrounding counties.

The Plantory FoodForce AmeriCorps members partner with area foodfocused nonprofits to convert excess produce from farms into usable food products and compostable waste for local gardens/farms. AmeriCorps members also increase job readiness and placement for underemployed individuals in Lexington.

UNITE Service Corps AmeriCorps members are placed in 54 of the poorest elementary schools in Eastern Kentucky, providing math tutoring and wellness curriculum to address drug prevention and nutritional education for 4th and 5th grade students.
