The work involves Civil Grading and Asphalt in addition to all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and other necessary equipment and facilities. Also included is the installation of new site lighting for the new parking areas. Utility work includes a new sewer line to the District Office and utilities to the new transportation office.
