The Board of Trustees of Anderson County School District Five may not seek and may not accept funding from any other public source for road improvements in connection with construction projects funded by the 2007 bond issue.Time effectiveSECTION2.This joint resolution takes effect upon approval by the Governor.Ratified the 7th day of June, 2010.Became law without the signature of the Governor -- 6/14/2010. __________ ................
